Elementary school stories

Hey guys, my names Dylan and I'm a new poster here. I am going to be starting a writing series called "Elementary School Stories" So yeah, here's the first story.

For private purposes, I'm just going to call the new kid "John."
On the first day of 6th grade, a new kid joined our school. His name was "John." And of course, this kid was in my class and sat at the same group table as me. He looked funny. He had uncombed hair and was very small. I'd say he was 4 foot 6. I didn't judge a person by looks though and decided to try to get to know him.

For that whole year, I regretted it. He'd always follow me around and try to be funny. His jokes had  no context, all he did was say the same thing over and over again. His favorite phrases were, "LETS HAVE A HOEDOWN," "NEXT TIME GIVE HIM A TISSUE." Anywaay, one day when I was sitting home alone doing nothing he knocked at my door and asked if I could hang out. I couldn't exactly say no since I had no good excuse and was doing nothing. My time at his house consisted of me watching him build ironman on minecraft for a few hours.

After that, I decided to keep my distance from him at school. That proved to be hard and the first thing he did when he saw me at school was screaming "HEY DYLAN. WASN'T THAT A FUN PLAYDATE AT MY HOUSE YESTERDAY?" By that time, everyone pretty much thought that "John" was annoying. Dammit, I was so embarrassed.

PART 2 COMING SOON:
